This decentralized approach posed operational challenges and hindered their ability to scale. The goal was to create a unified and user-friendly platform while streamlining administrative tasks.

Business Analysis : They had a Problem of consultation multiple students at a time where they use to spend lot of time in consulting one to one to each student and use to consume lot of time on students and Consultants Which helped them to Consults N Numbers of students at a time using Technology.
Design and Experience : We designed Robust interface which is student friendly where QnA is listed in Alphabetical, Numerical, Options and Many more formats where we aligned the UI So that QnA can be added dynamically and results can be mapped dynamically from backend to frontend, we had created a robust frontend and Backend Rule Making engine
Web & App Development : We developer as per design and Tested as per standards and Mapped all the parameters results and given by the client, it works on website Desktop and Mobile Version.
Devops and Cloud : We have deployed in a Dedicated VPS server and Running it as a Separate Application and not mapped to the Existing application so we can avoid Down time if any Occurs in Main Application.
Technical Consulting Services : students how they decide to travel abroad for overseas education and came up with decision making paraments and we help them to give a data in simpler format so our rule engineer give a recommendation and results on Parameters Provided Digital Acquisitions and interaction: After we deployed the Application a huge numbers of users have used it and Career gyan have saved 2-3Hrs on Consulting each students and same application can be used by all his franchise also where we can save time YoY 80% and Cost By YoY 70% and Can Onboard More students and Revenue Spike of 30% Predicted.
